Dodson-Lindblom International (DLI) -
Delphos International acted as advisor to Dodson-Lindblom International,
helping them raise $25 million in project financing to develop, contruct,
and rehabilitate a cluster of hydropower projects in India totaling 61.2
MW in the State of Maharashtra near Mumbai. Delphos International arranged
an IFC senior debt instrument of $15 million dollars with a three-year
grace period and ten year tenor. The DEG loan arranged by Delphos International
also advised the client on carbon credits programs. Total project costs
were $44 million. The sponsor provided $8.9 million in equity.
