business development
As a full-service advisory firm, Delphos International can assist clients from the very beginning stages of project development. We work with clients to develop integrated and coherent business plans that incorporate economic, market, financial and risk analysis; pro-forma financial models capable of conducting sensitivity analysis; and all other elements required by potential lenders, investors, and business partners in evaluating a project. Delphos International also serves institutional and organizational clients interested in advisory services related to determining the feasibility of business plans and/or project proposals.
Grant Funding
Delphos International assists clients in obtaining grants (typically for feasibility studies) from US government agencies or international financial institutions. In addition to providing "free
money" to jumpstart project development, these grants create momentum for a project by offering an implicit government "seal of approval" which serves as an attractive marketing tool when later courting lenders and investors.
Select Grant Examples:
Diamond - $184,000 feasibility study grant for a heavy equipment leasing
project in Cameroon.
Forest Oil - $650,000 feasibility study grant involving the exploration and production of natural gas in South Africa.
Feasibility Study Advisory
Delphos International participates in the execution of government-funded feasibility studies, where we often partner with industry experts to assess the economic and financial viability of emerging market projects.
